Read this all before you hit send!
This site runs on satire, opinion, and commentary. Most “complaints” are really just heat-of-the-moment reactions. So we use a simple rule:
✅ 48-HOUR COOL-DOWN (TIME OUT)
If you’re angry right now, stop. Take 48 hours before submitting a complaint.
We will not review non-urgent complaints submitted inside that 48-hour window.
Because “I’m mad” is not a complaint. It’s a mood.
Cooling down reduces bad-faith requests, misunderstandings, and unnecessary back-and-forth.
WHEN YOU SHOULD NOT WAIT (URGENT)
Skip the cool-down and submit immediately if the content includes:
- Personal info / doxxing (address, phone, email, workplace, license plates, private messages)
- Anything that could identify a minor
- Credible threats of harm
- A clear copyright/trademark claim with proof of ownership
WE ARE NOT A DISPUTE RESOLUTION SERVICE
We don’t mediate personal beefs, referee hockey politics, unfair coaching practices or run “right of reply” campaigns. If your complaint is “I don’t like this,” that’s not something we’re required to fix.
WHAT WE MAY DO (AT OUR DISCRETION)
After review, we may:
- Remove content
- Edit content (including anonymizing details)
- Keep it as-is
- Ignore the request if it’s abusive, vague, or unsupported
We are not required to respond, explain decisions, or provide timelines.
WHAT TO INCLUDE (OR IT WON’T BE REVIEWED)
Submit ONE complaint per URL and include:
1) The exact link (URL) to the content
2) What part is the issue (quote the specific sentence/section)
3) What rule you believe it breaks (privacy, minor-identifying details, copyright, harassment, etc.)
4) What outcome you want (remove, edit, blur/anonymize, etc.)
5) A good-faith statement that your complaint is accurate
WHAT NOT TO SEND
- Threats, insults, or “my lawyer will…” rants
- Reference to a page without a URL
- Requests to identify anonymous users
- Demands for private info (we don’t share it)
- “Take down everything about me” (be specific)
ABUSE POLICY
If you spam complaints, submit false claims, or use this process to harass, we may block your access and ignore future requests.
LEGAL NOTE
Nothing on this page creates any duty to act, respond, or resolve disputes.
Where the law requires specific handling (e.g., certain IP notices), we will comply to the best of our ability and to the extent required.
